Drop the Stress.
Keep Your Edge.
A weekly live training to help you relax faster, release tension, recover from stress, and stay clear and capable under pressure.
Train your response to stress.
Pressure Drop is a live weekly practice built around breath, movement, tension control, awareness, and recovery.
Rather than trying to eliminate stress or avoid pressure, you learn to recognize what is happening in your body and nervous system and practice ways to change it.
NOTICE
Catch stress before it takes over.Learn to notice when stress and tension are building so you can do something about it before you are completely wound up, overwhelmed, or exhausted.
SHIFT
Change how you feel when you need to.Use practical physical, physiological, and attentional methods to deliberately change your state instead of simply waiting for stress to pass.
RECOVER
Come back to calm faster.Practice returning to greater clarity, mobility, and ease after stress, activation, or effort.
The nervous system responds to the demands placed on it. Pressure Drop gives you a place to practice switching into recovery, so your ability to regulate isn't dependent on everything around you being calm.
What we work with
Sessions change and the practice deepens from week to week. The methods vary, but the objective remains the same: develop greater flexibility and control over your state.
Breath
Use your breathing to calm your body, release stress, improve focus, and change your state.
Tension
Learn to recognize and release unnecessary tension so you aren't carrying stress in your body long after the stressful moment has passed.
Movement
Move with less tension and more freedom.Use movement to loosen up, get out of your head, release built up stress, and feel more comfortable and capable in your body.
Awareness
Get better at changing how you feel.Learn to use your attention to interrupt stress, shift your state, and get back to feeling clear, present, and in control.
Recovery
Learn to come down from stress, effort, and activation instead of carrying it with you.
Drop the pressure and feel better.
You don't need previous experience with breathwork, meditation, martial arts, somatic practices, or movement training. You work within your own capacity and can modify or decline any exercise.

You want to perform better under pressure.
You want to stay clearer, more relaxed, and more capable when things get intense rather than becoming tense, scattered, or overwhelmed.
You want to feel better in your everyday life.

Skills for when stress actually happens.
Pressure Drop is experiential. You learn by doing, using your breath, body, movement, and attention to change how you respond to stress in real time.
The objective isn't to force yourself into some permanent Zen state.
It's being able to relax when you want to relax, recover faster when you've been stressed, stay clear when things get intense, and stop carrying unnecessary tension into the rest of your day.
